"Art It Up! is a collection of free events and performances happening in the Hillsborough Street business district on Saturday, October 15, 2016. A mix of arts, culture, and recreation happenings will take place between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. that day at multiple locations. Most of the performances will be within walking distance of each other.
